Wildlife Exclusion Services

Seal It. Protect It. Forget It.

At Eviction Wildlife Pros, we do more than remove nuisance animals—we shut them out for good. Our wildlife exclusion services focus on rodents, bats, and invasive wildlife, using proven techniques to seal every access point. We prevent future intrusions and restore your peace of mind.

What Is Wildlife Exclusion?

Exclusion is the foundation of permanent wildlife control. It’s not about bait stations or monthly visits. It’s about finding how animals got in, forcing them out, and sealing the home so they can’t return.

We use professional-grade materials and decades of field knowledge to ensure your home or business is tight, secure, and animal-proof.

Rodent Exclusion (Rats & Mice)

Rats and mice are master infiltrators. A rat only needs a hole the size of a quarter. A mouse? A dime.

We inspect, identify, and permanently seal every rodent access point, including:

  • Construction gaps between roof decking and fascia

  • Crawlspace vents, foundation openings, and pipe penetrations

  • Gaps around utility lines, AC lines, and dryer vents

  • Bottom corners of garage doors and thresholds

  • Improperly fitted attic screens or foam plugs

We use galvanized steel mesh, rodent-proof sealant, and metal flashing to fortify all vulnerabilities—materials they can’t chew through.

Bat Exclusion (Legal & Humane)

Bats can’t be harmed or trapped like other pests—removal requires precision and legality. We’re trained and fully compliant with federal and state bat removal laws.

Here’s our bat-proofing process:

  • Identify primary and secondary access points (often along roof edges, soffit gaps, ridge vents, and under siding)

  • Install one-way bat valves (also called cones or tubes) at key locations to allow exit but block re-entry

  • Conduct a detailed seal-up of all potential bat entry areas, even the ones they haven’t used yet

  • Remove exclusion devices only after confirming total bat exit through follow-up inspection

We take bat jobs seriously—because a bad exclusion can trap bats inside or cause return infestations.

Wildlife Exclusion (Squirrels, Raccoons & More)

Wild animals don’t knock—they tear, chew, push, and claw their way into your home. Our job is to make sure they can’t.

We handle:

  • Squirrels breaching through soffits, dormers, and gable vents

  • Raccoons entering through roof returns, attic fans, and loose fascia

  • Opossums or groundhogs digging under foundations or porches

  • Birds nesting in vents or louvered exhausts

Our wildlife exclusion process includes:

  • Installing custom-fabricated vent covers (not cheap screens)

  • Reinforcing soffits, eaves, and corners with metal flashing

  • Securing roof transitions and returns with sealed drip edge guards

  • Sealing builder’s gaps along rooflines and under ridge caps

  • Blocking foundation voids and crawlspace openings with concrete or steel mesh, depending on the terrain
